Poppy Pavlides from Kickstart Coaching is the Life Coach selected to be featured in a documentary series. The Lifestyle Experts broadcast on SBS Television introduced the benefits of coaching to the Australian market.

Poppy's recent focus is on her new mentoring program which gives individuals access to her via one-on-one sessions over a 12 month cycle. These sessions can be in person or via phone or web cam. You can be over the other side of the world and still have contact with this self driven and self made entrepreneur.

Poppy offers some free mentoring and public speaking sessions to youth communities as this is her area of passion. When asked why youth is so important to her she said:

"As a coach, mentor, speaker and presenter, I find we are working with people who have already learned much due to the challenges and circumstances in their lives. Imagine having the influence on someone who is just starting the journey and supporting them during this journey. Not necessarily changing their decisions but helping them to make educated decisions and take considered and calculated actions. I offer some free public speaking when it comes to supporting youth focused groups and communities. We have to give back when we realise that life is actually very good and we are on the path of success. Today, I'm very grateful and humbled for what I have.

This gift that I have today, being able to live my life in peace and balance and most importantly being free to be myself with respect and integrity, is what drives me to give this same opportunity to youth and other individuals.

Just imagine what the world would be like if we were all given the tools and support to live our true purpose in life from an early age."

The mentoring process is very simple:

Mentoring Adults

• You need to decide that you are ready to begin the next stage of your life
• The learner and the mentor need to agree on the frequency of the sessions
• An agreement is reached as to what is expected from the mentoring session
• Terms are negotiated if both are in agreement to start the mentoring sessions
• Mentoring is available in person only in Melbourne (depending on Suburb/geographic location, this needs to be negotiated)
• Interstate or international mentoring is via phone or web cam and email.

Youth Mentoring ( up to 17 YO)

The terms are:

• The youth has a One on One session with Poppy before the sessions start to ascertain if the person is ready for the mentoring sessions ( parental/ guardian/school awareness is required)
• Youth mentoring is in person only in Melbourne (depending on suburb/ geographic location, this needs to be negotiated)
• Interstate or international mentoring is via phone or web cam and email
• The youth needs to demonstrate that he/she is ready take some responsibility and accountability
• Both learner and mentor need to be in agreement to start this journey
• Both learner and mentor need to agree on the frequency of the sessions
• An agreement is reached as to what is expected from the mentoring session.

Please Note: For youth mentoring, Poppy will only work with one youth at a time so as to be able to support the individual's journey as required. (This means you may have to be on a waiting list).

Free youth mentoring may be offered for special cases depending on the individual’s needs and circumstances.
